Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are securely processed via Payfast. Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them for a full refund, provided the order has not already been dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Product Use
Our formulations use natural ingredients. Please follow storage instructions and perform a patch test prior to full use. Earthly Natural Co. is not liable for individual skin reactions.
